A unique project in the luxurious Rehavia neighborhood, in proximity to the Talbiya neighborhood, the President’s residence and the old city walls. The work included the destruction and restoration of the old structure, which includes unique elements of gently handcrafted stone. As part of this project, the Almi Group has put an emphasis on precise restoration, including elements such as a perimeter fence, window bars and the adaptation of all of the other parts to the original structure. The designed building has 4 floors in a total area of 1,800 square meters, and it includes 5 luxury apartments and underground parking.
