The Zohar
The Zohar is a foundational text of Kabbalah. According to tradition, it was written by Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, a 2nd-century CE rabbi, but it was probably composed in Spain by Rabbi Moses de Leon in the late 13th century CE. It has had a profound influence on Hasidism.
