At the heart of the city, between the small streets twisting from Rothschild Boulevard and Shenkin Garden, in one of the unique structures built in the 1920s, characterized by its eclectic architectural style, we performed a preservation, restoration and construction addition of 4 floors over the existing building. This is one of the most unique preservation projects in the city, which was awarded the CitySquare Most Beautiful Building in Tel Aviv Award, for both Judges’ and Audience’s selections.
