Churshat Ha-Yareach

There used to be a private villa on this plot. As part of the project, the villa has been destroyed and a structure of 5 floors has been erected over a parking and storeroom floor. The project is located in one of the quietest and most luxurious streets of the Old Katamon neighborhood, on the border of Talbiya and Rehavia, and right next to the Moon Grove. The project’s residents enjoy living in proximity to Jerusalem’s special gems, including the President’s residence, the Prime Minister’s residence, the Jerusalem Centre for the Performing Arts and the Museum for Islamic Art.
