In the Old North residential area of Tel Aviv, close to Kikar Hamedina, the Almi Group completed a 6 story project which includes 10 apartments, parking facilities and storage units. The building was planned to the highest standards of interior and exterior design. The modern architectural planning is perfectly integrated with the existing environment.

Shtricker 7-9

In a renewing area at the center of Tel Aviv, in a vibrant environment stand two attached buildings of 5 floors and 9 apartments each. The complex includes parking facilities, storage units, a garden and an elegant entrance lobby. While planning the building, an emphasis was placed on luxury and quality of life while utilizing natural light through large windows and enchanting sun terraces. The exclusive complex is an intimate and quiet space within the urban environment.

In a renewing area at the center of Tel Aviv, in a vibrant environment stand two attached buildings of 5 floors and 9 apartments each. The complex includes parking facilities, storage units, a garden and an elegant entrance lobby. While planning the building, an emphasis was placed on luxury and quality of life while utilizing natural light through large windows and enchanting sun terraces. In the most desirable location in the Rehavia neighborhood, the Almi Group has raised a four story luxury residence building in a total area of 700 square meters, including a basement and underground parking. The unique structure combines modern design with Arab construction elements, which are reflected in the surrounding stone fence, the double doorstep, the large wide windows and the English patio in the back. The unique combination of marble paving and the spiral stairwell that connects the floors complete the exceptional look of the building, which combines the old with the new.

A preservation project in the luxurious Rehavia neighborhood, in proximity to the Talbiya neighborhood, the President’s residence and the old city walls. The work included the destruction and restoration of the old structure, which includes unique elements of gently handcrafted stone. As part of this project, the Almi Group has put an emphasis on precise restoration, including elements such as a perimeter fence, window bars and the compatibility of all of the other parts to the original structure. The designed building has 4 floors in a total area of 1,800 square meters, and it includes 5 luxury apartments and underground parking.

This project included the preservation of a 600 year old building located in Jerusalem’s Jewish Quarter overlooking the Western Wall while making it suitable for luxury residence. The original structure included 3 floors with an internal patio, arcs and vaults covered in stone and plaster. Under the direction of architect Shlomi Liberman, who provided the house with updated lines while preserving the uniqueness and historical architectural value, a glass panel was added to the top floor patio overlooking the Western Wall, and the patio in the center of the house was covered by an electric roof. An internal elevator was added as well.

In this structure, purchased by the JDC organization, resides the Taub Center for Social Policy Studies in Israel. The project included the renovation of the historical structure while preserving the two existing floors, adding a rear wing including a stairwell and an elevator shaft, as well as two floors in modern design.

Under the original structure, which was built in 1931 by the Hecker-Yellin architecture firm, the Almi Group has built a new and modern structure which contains an underground parking and 6 luxury apartments, in the highest standards in the market. As part of the Jerusalem Municipality’s preservation policy, all front stones of the structure have been marked, carefully disassembled and reassembled at the same exact order at the front of the lower floor of the new structure.
