The Almi Group is an intimate family boutique company, specializing in top quality construction of selected projects and premium residence, with special emphasis on projects that include preservation and renewal of historic structures in desirable locations in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. In the Almi Group we insist on working only with the leading professionals from every field, starting with engineers and project managers, through architects and consultants and up to the last employee.
Since it was established in 1981, the Almi Group has accumulated vast experience in projects that included precision and meticulous work. Our method: In each project, we provide a realistic and comprehensive pricing and preliminary planning that does not skip any detail, while drawing up estimates, comparing proposals, managing tenders and meticulously negotiating with contractors and suppliers. Each project’s schedule is accurately planned from the primary stages, and constitutes the general framework according to which the work will progress during implementation, which enables us to meet the objectives we set, and sometimes even shorten our deadlines. Each Almi Group project is exclusively managed by one manager who is responsible for this site only, in every possible aspect, leading it from the starting point to its end. Ariel Almi, Co-CEO
Mr. Ariel Almi has been serving as co-CEO at the Almi Group since 1993. Along the years Ariel has managed dozens diverse projects, such as: Public structures such as schools, synagogues and day care centers; residence projects, from with apartments for young couples to premium apartments in unique locations as part of the most luxurious complex and high quality projects in Jerusalem. At the Almi Group, Ariel is responsible for business development, the engineering management and execution of the projects, and in recent years he has been leading the company into new markets in Eastern Europe.
Tziki Almi, Co-CEO
Mr. Tziki Almi has been serving as co-CEO at the Almi Group since 1997. During the years Tziki has managed the company’s operations while improving and upgrading the budgetary control management, quality control and legal conduct. As part of his job at the Almi Group, Tziki manages and accompanies the different project from their start, beginning with the licensing, through managing communication tenders with the different contractors, and ending with tight supervision of the efficient execution of every project, including insistence on schedules, receiving occupancy certificates, complying with the standards of the authorities, and maintaining the high quality the company is known for.
Shelli Aharon, CFO
Ms. Shelli Aharon is the company’s CFO. She has a lot of experience in managing budgets and complex projects of different types. Her CV includes the management of Israeli operations of Italian infrastructure and of the tunnel boring giant CEC, which includes digging the Tzahal Square Tunnel in Jerusalem. As part of her position in the Almi Group, Ms. Aharon is in charge of finance and tenders – planning, implementation and the successful completion of projects. She is also in charge of approving cooperation agreements, budgetary control, cash flow management, cooperation with the different functions which accompany the financial implementation of the projects, and supervises all aspects of the ongoing management of the company.
Nimrod Madmoni, Company Engineer
Nimrod is a highly experienced engineer with an impressive record in managing extremely complex projectswhich includhundreds of residential units as well as other prestigious projects. As part of his job in the Almi Group, Nimrod works in the construction quality improvement field and solves intricate problems in projects which require unique and creative thought processes in to implement the requirements needed to satisfy the customers.
Edna Rimon, Planning Coordinator
Edna joined the company’s planning team which believed that to achieve goals and construction quality requires planning coordination with all functions involved, ongoing follow-up of the licensing procedure and providing the project with a planning outline.
As part of his job, Or is responsible for implement the tenders for different works, managing the construction stages in the field, detailed planning of the different elements in the buildings in order to maintain quality of work.
Natalie Greenberg Kadosh, Company Architect
As part of her job, Natalie is responsible for the analysis and examination of construction rights, planning the different projects from measuring the existing apartments through planning new ones, which include preparation of a detailed design program for basements and apartments floors in new buildings. She is also in charge of the tenants’ modification requests, close accompaniment accompanying the projects’ customers planning the various aspects of the apartments’ interior design, and selecting the materials with the different suppliers. Natalie has over 5 years of experience in the field of tenants’ modification request processes.
Or Abeless Haim, Company Architect
As part of her job, Or is responsible for the planning aspect of business development, which make decisions on project economic issues, complying with land owners and overseeing the process up to signing the project execution agreement and continued planning by the architects’ firm. Or is also responsible for tenants’ modification requirements in selected projects, meeting with potential customers to coordinate planning and interior designing the apartments, which include consultations regarding finishing materials. Or has 8 years of experience in the field of tenants’ modification requests.
Liat Mendelovich, Adv. – Counsel
Liat joined our team after she completed her internship in the real estate department of Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co. Attorneys. As part of her job she provides ongoing legal counsel to the company, oversees all of the projects’ legal aspects and writes purchasing agreements, combination agreements, National Outline Plans (TAMA 38/2) and sales agreements. Liat is also responsible for writing real estate agreements, suppliers’ agreements, and overseeing the delivery of the apartments to the new owners when construction is completed.
As the CFO’s right hand, Diana is responsible for operations and agreements. Diana joined the finance department as part of the company’s expansion, in order to implement organized administrative management processes according to structured work procedures.
Sales and Marketing
Tali Ben Asher
Tali has extensive experience in sales. She worked in Home Land for many years and specializes in real estate marketing in the Tel Aviv area.
After accumulating many years of experience in real estate marketing in Israel, Iris joined our marketing team as part of our vision that all real estate deals should be gathered under one roof to allow tight control and supervision over our thorough service to our customers in accordance with our company values.
Yifat is in charge of the reception desk in the management office. She is also responsible for the supervisors, advisors and managers’ schedules, receiving performance reports from the construction sites, providing administrative assistance to the different departments, and also answering phone calls.
